What is a Lady Bird deed and do I need one?

A Lady Bird (enhanced life estate) deed lets you keep full control of your property during your lifetime and pass it automatically to your heirs at death, without probate. For many Valley homeowners it is one of the simplest, lowest-cost ways to protect the family home. We will tell you whether it fits your situation.

How much does an estate plan cost?

Do I have to go through probate in Texas?

Not always. With the right planning, many estates avoid full probate through tools like Lady Bird deeds, Transfer-on-Death deeds and trusts. If a loved one has already passed, we will walk you through the simplest probate path available, such as a muniment of title.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. We serve clients in both English and Spanish so your family fully understands every document they sign.

What does a personal injury case cost me?
